Standlea’s artwork communicates a unique fusion of form and function.  His aesthetic is forged by an appreciation of tradition and a drive to explore, to stretch and to connect with the present.  He is now teaching at The Webb Schools in Claremont.  He remains an active artist participating in local and international events.
